Continuing its efforts to increase the quality of public transportation services in Ankara and to provide citizens with more comfortable, safe and accessible transportation opportunities, EGO General Directorate continues to strengthen its vehicle fleet with new generation buses.
In this context, 13 more 2025 model Mercedes-Benz Conecto solo buses were added to the EGO General Directorate fleet. These new diesel-fueled, 12-meter-long vehicles have a total passenger capacity of 27, with a capacity of 78 sitting and 105 standing passengers.
Its low-floor design, which facilitates access for our disabled citizens, makes urban transportation more inclusive, while travel comfort is maximized with equipment such as an electronic suspension system, fully automatic digital air conditioning, and a silent and vibration-free engine.
Drawing attention with their advanced technological infrastructure, the vehicles offer drivers and passengers a safe journey with high-level safety features such as electronic brake management, fire warning and extinguishing system and rollover resistance.
Supporting the environmentally friendly transportation concept with their environmentally friendly engines that comply with Euro 6 emission norms, Mercedes Conecto solo buses will continue to contribute to EGO General Directorate's vision of sustainable, safe and comfortable public transportation.
