The program, which was prepared with the principle of providing representation opportunities to different branches of art within the framework of IMM's understanding of access to culture and arts as a fundamental urban right, comes to life with artistic performances in three public spaces of Istanbul.

With the practices it carries out for street musicians, IMM is taking steps to improve the conditions of public music production not only on special days but throughout the year. We are strengthening the public visibility of street artists and the access of the people of Istanbul to culture and arts with the guidance of the more equitable and sustainable system we have implemented for artists who perform in the streets in metro stations, ferries, streets and squares.
