
While the international promotion vision of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality was bearing fruit, students who came to Kayseri from Romania and the Caribbean within the scope of the Erasmus Project were amazed by the Erciyes Ski Resort, where they encountered snow for the first time.
Erciyes Ski Resort, one of the vision projects of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, continues to attract attention in the international arena. Students from Romania and the Caribbean visited Mount Erciyes within the scope of the Erasmus Project carried out by Mehmet Akif İnan Anatolian High School and got to know both snow and Türkiye's leading winter tourism center for the first time.
Mehmet Akif İnan Anatolian High School students visited Erciyes with students from Romania and the Caribbean as part of the Erasmus project. While a comprehensive presentation was made to the students about the potential of Erciyes, the opportunities offered by Erciyes with 19 mechanical facilities, 41 tracks and a total of 112 kilometers of ski area were explained. The participants witnessed that the mountain is not only a ski resort but also an international attraction point promising tourism in all four seasons.
The delegation, enchanted by the enchanting view of Erciyes, experienced the excitement of meeting snow for the first time. The students took photographs against the enchanting view of Erciyes and immortalized these moments.
The center, which is professionally operated by Erciyes A.Ş., Türkiye's first destination management company, continues to be a center of attention.
Erciyes, which holds the title of being the first and only ski resort in Türkiye to have previously gained membership in the International Mountain Rescue Commission (ICAR), reinforces its international reliability with its professional approach in this field. With its growing infrastructure and increasing number of visitors every year, Erciyes continues to be one of Türkiye's leading ski destinations thanks to the visionary approach of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality.
