Konya Metropolitan Municipality has completed the asphalt renewal works it started at the Koyuncu Bridge Intersection with the aim of improving the quality of urban transportation. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay examined the works on site at night and received information about the intensive work of the teams.

Stating that they are making great efforts to continuously increase transportation comfort in Konya, Mayor Altay reminded that in addition to rail system projects, they have opened new streets and carried out important maintenance and repair activities on existing streets. Stating that Koyuncu Bridge Junction is one of the busiest points in the city, Mayor Altay emphasized that the purpose of carrying out asphalt renewal works at night is to renew the city without disrupting daily traffic flow.

Mayor Altay stated that the works that started at 11.35:06.00 at night continued until 30:XNUMX in the morning and that XNUMX vehicles and many personnel were on duty. Mayor Altay stated that their aim was to renew the city by affecting daily traffic to a minimum level and that such works would continue throughout the season and that they aimed to provide more comfortable transportation to the people of Konya. Mayor Altay thanked all the personnel who took part in the works and wished them success.

While Konya Metropolitan Municipality teams have completed the asphalt renewal works in the Meram direction at the Koyuncu Bridge Intersection, they will continue the works in the other section at night.
