Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality is starting new facility work for Kocaelispor, which has been promoted to the Trendyol Super League after 16 years. In this context, the tender for the facility planned to be built on a 75-acre land in Sevindikli Neighborhood of Körfez District will be held on Thursday, May 8 (tomorrow).

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality is bringing great joy to the city and bringing a giant facility to Kocaelispor, which has risen to the Super League. The 5-star sports complex planned to meet all needs of Kocaelispor will be built in Sevindikli Neighborhood, Körfez District. A tender announcement was made via EKAP for the facility to be built on a 75-acre land. The tender will be held on Thursday, May 8 at 11.00:XNUMX in the Metropolitan Municipality Tender Hall using the open tender method.
THERE IS NOTHING IN THE GIANT FACILITY
Within the facility planned for Kocaelispor, 74 square meters of the 500 square meter area will be covered area, while the remaining 14 square meters will be organized as fields and open sports areas. The new facility will include 800 football fields, a hotel, fitness center, sauna, swimming pool and social areas. The metropolitan municipality will deliver the site within 59 days after signing the contract with the company that won the tender. The construction period determined for the project was stated as 200 days.
