The Fun World of “School for Clowns”

Written by Friedrich Karl Waechter and translated into Turkish by Yücel Erten, “School for Clowns” tells the comical story of authoritarian teacher Dr. Sinir’s strict education approach based on “Respect! Order! Discipline!” and his encounter with four mischievous clowns who love to have fun and can’t sit still. In this school where lessons turn into a complete mess, interestingly, success is inevitable. The play, which conveys a unique and entertaining day at School for Clowns to the audience, has managed to reach thousands of children to date under the roof of İzmir City Theatres.
