Great Honor to Anadolu Isuzu with Two A's from CDP

Anadolu Isuzu has been among the leading companies in the “Climate Cultivation” and “Water Security” regions, according to the CDP’s Climate and Nature 2024 Report, the world’s most prestigious environmental reporting platform, given to Türkiye. Anadolu Isuzu, which received an “A” award in both areas, was included in the “Global A List” and was deemed worthy of the award.

Türkiye's commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu has entered the Global A List in the "Climate Transition" and "Water Security" categories in the Climate Change and Nature 2024 Turkey Report prepared by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Turkey. The CDP Türkiye 2024th Climate Year Results and Nature Conference 15 Results and Award Ceremony, where the world's most prestigious environmental reporting platform CDP shared its findings within the scope of climate change and nature reporting in Turkey for 2024, will be held on May 16, 2025 at Zorlu PSM. Anadolu Isuzu, one of the 28 companies from Türkiye that entered CDP's Global Leaders Group, took a leading position in the automotive sector when monitored.

Anadolu Isuzu's environmental management commitments are appreciated globally

In 2024, approximately 25.000 companies were analyzed through CDP reports, and Anadolu Isuzu managed to enter the A program with a perspective on sustainability policy. The program report, prepared by Anadolu Isuzu for the first time in 2022 within the scope of the CDP Climate Temperature Program, conveys the company's low-carbon economy-focused, as well as the temperature sustainability support aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the implementation programs of these temperature stabilities. Anadolu Isuzu meets a significant portion of its energy needs from solar energy with its energy investments, while continuing its work with the net zero emission target in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) commitment. The company, which verifies its greenhouse emissions by third-party independent organizations in accordance with the ISO 14064 standard, is taking concrete steps in the fight against the climate crisis. Anadolu Isuzu, within the scope of the CDP Water Security Program, makes significant contributions to the protection of water with strategies developed for optimizing water use and sustainable management of water. It develops environmentally friendly solutions by modernizing wastewater treatment systems by using technologies that increase the amount of water in its production product range. It also adopts a comprehensive risk management strategy to protect against excessive water use and pollution risks. These successful practices ensure the consistency of Anadolu Isuzu's environmental management and the distribution of sustainability goals on a global scale, strengthening the company's focus on water security.

Complies with International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) S2 Climate Standards

CDP Turkey 15th Climate Change and Nature Conference was organized with the event “CDP’s Role in the Changing Reporting Ecosystem: Strengthening Interoperability in Climate and Nature Reporting / Interparability”. CDP, which conducts its Turkey operations under the roof of Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum and with Garanti BBVA as the main sponsor, made its question set compatible with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) S2024 Climate Standards in 2. In addition, the compatibility of broad capabilities between the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and CDP question packages is prevented.
