The project, which is being carried out by Egeşehir Construction Planning Consultancy and Technology Inc. (Egeşehir), a subsidiary of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, will be carried out on a 90 thousand square meter construction area in the Koyundere Neighborhood of Menemen. 370 houses of 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 types will be built on a construction area of approximately 3 thousand square meters. The project will include facilities such as social and green areas, recreation areas, park areas, social life centers, sports facilities, social and cultural venues, health units and nursery services.
