Transformation from Transformers to Works of Art and Environmental Awareness
Second phase of the project In Kulturpark took place. Young people transformed transformers located in public spaces into works of art. On transformer surfaces where ground preparation and priming processes were completed and work safety measures were taken, students made visual art applications compatible with the urban texture. Young people who meticulously painted transformers with brushes in their hands made a significant contribution to the aesthetics of infrastructure elements.
The third event to be held within the scope of Environment Week will be held on the Güzelyalı coast. will be held. In this event, waste materials belonging to the Urban Aesthetics Department will be reprocessed by students and transformed into aesthetic products and exhibited on the beach. With this work, sustainability and recycling themes will be supported by artistic production, thus increasing the environmental awareness of young people.
