Ankara's New Attraction: ATA Farm Awaits Visitors

ATA Farm (formerly BAKAP), the largest agricultural campus and recreation area in Türkiye, introduced by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) with the slogan “The Story of Green in the Steppe”, has become a pleasant escape point for the people of the capital, intertwined with nature. Especially with the hosting of the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day events and the arrival of spring, ATA Farm has been flooded with visitors.

ATA Farm, established on a giant area of ​​3,5 million square meters in Karaoğlan Neighborhood of Gölbaşı district, hosted approximately 23 thousand citizens during the week of April 35. This intense interest clearly reveals the desire of the people of the capital to meet with nature and spend time outdoors.

Areas Intertwined with Nature: Ornamental and landscape plants, grass areas, biological ponds, colorful plants, aromatic fruits, greenhouses and production areas offer a visual feast to visitors. Lavender garden, barley/wheat straw bale production area, silage corn production area, alfalfa bale production area, black cumin production area, vegetable production area and medicinal aromatic plant production area are also among the important parts of the farm.
