Ebubekir Şahin, the President of the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK), during the daytime program broadcast on ATV channel “Esra Erol” announced that an investigation had been launched following public reactions to the incident.
President Şahin stated in his statement that the content of the last broadcast of the program in question had a wide repercussion on the public and that they had therefore taken action as RTÜK. He emphasized that the investigation would be carried out meticulously and the necessary procedures would be completed as soon as possible.
