Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club Canoe athletes rowed in the Kağan Ege Baran Durgunsu International Spring Cup, organized in memory of their successful teammate Kağan Ege Baran, who passed away at a young age last month.
Successful Performance from Metropolitan Athletes
Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality athletes achieved significant rankings in meaningful races held in Adana between April 24 and 26. Efecan Civan came in 1000th in the 23-meter U5 Men's category, while Talha Kurtuluş came in 1000th in the 6-meter Youth Men's race. Emir Keleş showed a successful performance by coming in 1000th in the Junior Men's category in the 4-meter race. The medals of the young athletes who won in the competition were presented by Kağan Ege Baran's family. This meaningful gesture caused emotional moments.
