
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) continues to increase the number of social facility areas throughout the city in order to meet the social and cultural needs of the capital's residents.
Work continues rapidly in the new social facility area built by ABB Research and Projects Department in Eryaman District. The facility, which has a total construction area of 6 square meters, will host the people of the capital with many different indoor and outdoor facilities.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the people of the capital. ABB, which aims to meet the social and cultural needs of the people of the capital by increasing the number of social facility areas in the city, continues its work rapidly in the new social facility area it built in Eryaman Neighborhood of Etimesgut district.
TWO BLOCK SOCIAL FACILITY AREA
The facility, which will consist of two blocks, will have workshops for vocational courses, a foyer/exhibition hall and a multi-purpose sports hall in the first block. The second block will be designed as a daycare center and will include various areas such as education classes, workshop classes, open and closed playgrounds. In addition, there will be indoor and outdoor parking lots for citizens arriving by car and charging units for charged vehicles.
Yavuz Cebeci, Mechanical Engineer at the Department of Research and Projects, provided the following information about the new facility, construction of which began in February:
“Our social facility area, which we are continuing to build in Eryaman Neighborhood, Etimesgut district, has a total area of 6 square meters. Our facility consists of two blocks. The first block has workshops for vocational courses, a foyer/exhibition hall and a multi-purpose hall. The second block was designed as a daycare center and includes education classes, workshop classes, indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Our facility has indoor and outdoor parking lots for vehicles and a charging unit for charged vehicles.”
