STM, Türkiye's engineering power at sea, which has signed warship exports to Europe, will exhibit its national warships and tactical mini UAV systems at the ASDA-2025 Fair to be held in Croatia.
STM Defense Technologies Engineering and Trading Inc., which has achieved national projects and export successes in line with Türkiye's "fully independent defense industry" goals, continues to carry its national technologies abroad. STM will participate in the Adriatic Defense and Aviation Fair ASDA-8, one of the important defense fairs of the Adriatic Region, which will be held in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, between April 10-2025, 2025.
Blue Homeland Pride to be Displayed in the Adriatic
STM will exhibit Türkiye's first national frigate, TCG ISTANBUL (F-515), the first ship of the MILGEM Stacking Class project, of which it is the prime contractor and which it delivered to the Turkish Navy, at the fair.
Türkiye's national corvette project Ada Class, in which STM has undertaken critical missions and delivered 4 units to the Turkish Navy to date, Türkiye's first national submarine design for special operations and attack purposes STM500, and Unmanned Autonomous Underwater (UAV) Vehicle STM NETA will also take their place at the fair.
Developing pioneering systems in Türkiye and the world in tactical mini UAVs, STM will present Türkiye’s first national strike UAV KARGU, which has been exported to more than 10 countries on three different continents, with anti-personnel and armor-piercing ammunition warheads to the fair participants. STM will also introduce the watchdog UAV TOGAN, which has entered the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces, is actively used in the fight against terrorism and has achieved export success, and the ammunition-dropping UAV BOYGA to the Adriatic Region.
Güleryüz: We Want to Continue Our Exports in Europe
STM General Manager Özgür Güleryüz drew attention to the fact that Türkiye's engineering solutions in the field of military and maritime are preferred on a global scale and said:
“As STM, with our engineering power, we are the reliable partner of navies in the geography extending from Europe to Asia-Pacific. The logistic support ship export we will develop for the Portuguese Naval Forces, a member of NATO and the EU, has made a lot of noise in Europe. We have signed our first corvette export to Europe with the two corvettes we continue to build for the Ukrainian Navy; and our country's first corvette export to the Asia-Pacific region with the three corvettes we developed based on the Ada Class design for the Royal Malaysian Navy. As a reflection of these achievements, we aim to further our cooperation in Europe and continue our exports by introducing our modern naval platforms and tactical mini UAV systems proven in the war environment and exported to 2025 different continents at ASDA 3, the important defense event of the Adriatic region.”
