
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that with the signed protocol, 20 companies will offer special discounts ranging from 5% to 35% to young people who will get married and benefit from the Family and Youth Fund.
In his speech at the Family and Youth Fund Discount Protocols Introduction Program held at the Ministry, Göktaş said that with today's cooperation, they provided good support to young people who will benefit from the Family and Youth Fund.
Stating that they are happy to contribute to new homes and new lives, Göktaş said, “With the protocol we will sign soon, 20 of our companies will offer special discounts to our young people who are getting married. On this occasion, I would like to thank each and every one of our companies. I hope that the campaign we have started will be beneficial.”
“Family is the essence and source of the values that make us who we are. Protecting this essence, this source is the most valuable investment in our future,” said Göktaş, adding that with this awareness, they declared 2025 the Year of Family as a year of beginning.

Reminding that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave the good news of the expansion of the “Support for Young People Getting Married Project” carried out within the scope of the Family and Youth Fund on the occasion of the Year of the Family, Göktaş stated that applications from young people getting married from all around Türkiye started to be received on the same day.
Noting that 98 thousand couples have already applied to the project, Göktaş continued as follows:
“As part of the program, we have provided education and family counseling services to 55 young people to build healthy and strong families. We have paid 296 billion 15 million lira in loans to 304 young people who benefit from the Family and Youth Fund. We will continue to make loan payments to eligible couples as their wedding dates approach.
Now, with the valuable contributions of our private sector, we are offering new opportunities to each of our couples in their life journeys. We are making it possible for them to obtain products that will meet their needs, from furniture to white goods, from home textiles to kitchenware, with special discounts. Supporting companies will provide discounts ranging from 5% to 35% in addition to the existing discounts.”
Discount code will be obtained from e-Government
Göktaş stated that governorships and municipalities will continue to provide support to young couples in different areas by cooperating with local businesses, and that some municipalities will allocate wedding halls free of charge and some municipalities will also support the furniture.
Minister Göktaş said, “Our young people who will benefit from the project will be able to easily benefit from this opportunity with the discount code they will obtain from e-Government. In this way, we will make the marriage processes of our young people easier and more peaceful. We will support our young people. We will add strength to newly established homes. We will increase hope and solidarity.”

Minister Göktaş emphasized that they are always with families and will support young people, especially at the most special beginning of their lives.
Göktaş stated that the signatures made today will bring happiness to thousands of homes and abundance to new homes, and noted the following:

Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Muhammet Kasım Gönüllü also stated that companies will offer special discounts to couples on basic products needed when setting up a new home, from white goods to furniture, and said, “This support, in addition to the 150 thousand lira interest-free loan provided by our state, will significantly ease the economic burden of our young people during the marriage preparation process.”
Simge Özay and Fehmi Yıldırım Kaplan, who applied to the Family and Youth Fund, also thanked President Erdoğan and Minister Göktaş for their support.
20 companies will offer discounts for young people getting married
Within the scope of the protocol made for young people benefiting from the Family and Youth Fund, the names of 20 companies that will start offering special discounts to young people who are about to get married are as follows:
“Vestel, Bellona, İstikbal, Mondihome, Arçelik, Beko, Hepsiburada, Kütahya Porcelain, Modalife, Karaca, Kelebek, Doğtaş, Lova Yatak, English Home, Fakir, Adore, Hatemoğlu, Tümbir, Damat-Tween, Kip.”
