The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will hire 127 contracted personnel. The last application date is April 25, 2025. In the Central Directorate organization, in accordance with Article 657, paragraph (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, in accordance with Article 06, first paragraph, paragraph (b) of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel put into effect with the Decision of the Council of Ministers dated 06/1978/7 and numbered 15754/2; a total of 2024 contracted personnel will be hired for the vacant positions, the title, department, score type, location and number of which are specified below, based on the 127 KPSS (B) group score ranking and without a written and/or oral exam.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The qualifications sought in the applicants, the general conditions in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 and the special conditions specified for the announced vacant position are sought:
1. Being a Turkish Citizen.
2. To have completed the age of 18 as of the application deadline.
3. Not to be over 35 (thirty-five) years old as of the application deadline.
4. Not being deprived of public rights,
5. Not to have been convicted of a crime committed intentionally, even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have expired; not to have been sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more, or even if pardoned, not to have been convicted of crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, rigging a tender, rigging the performance of an obligation, laundering the assets obtained from a crime, or smuggling.
6. For male candidates, in terms of military service status; not having any relation to military service, having completed active military service or having been postponed or transferred to the reserve class.
7. Not having mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
8. Candidates who graduated from educational institutions abroad or in Turkey and have equivalence for the educational status sought in this announcement must upload their equivalence documents in (.pdf) or (,jpeg) format to the "Equivalence Document" field under the "Other Documents" tab during the application.
