Today, many large companies use game-based behavior platforms to increase the motivation, performance and efficiency of their equipment, as well as to provide many benefits from the development of motivation in the workforce. In this dynamic process, EGİAD – The Aegean Young Business People Association, in collaboration with the PMI (Project Management Institute) Turkey Branch, organized an event titled “Gamification in Business Life” and brought the traditional business forms of the future business world to the agenda.
EGİAD The importance of gamification for creating strategy, team brightness and permanence was highlighted in the event held at the Association Center with the intensive presentation of the young life of the business world. The organization, which pays attention to the fact that gamification is not just a matter of “fun” but in the right place, the workplace is made a more meaningful, motivating and supportive place, reveals that in companies using gamified systems, complete completion is increased by 34%, while employees are up to 22% during work.
The opening speech of the event was made by EGİAD Chairman of the Board Kaan Özhelvacı emphasized that in this era where competition in the business world is increasing, it has become inevitable to adopt method methods in order to attract attention, increase motivation of methods and customers. He stated that gamification, which offers fun and effective solutions for business pieces, is highlighted and expressed as one of the keys to innovation, support and sustainable success in the business world, and that the origin of gamification is based on competition in human nature and the desire to receive awards. He emphasized that this approach, which first emerged in the technology sector in the modern sense, is effectively used in many areas from education to marketing, from human resources to sales today, and said, “It is seen that the global gamification market will reach 2025 billion in 19,42 and will grow to 2030 billion in 92,5. It comes to one of the effective customer loyalty programs, employee companies and brand loyalty. All this data clearly shows that gamification is not just about points, badges and leaderboards; it is a strategy that increases loyalty and strongly supports conversions.”
Özhelvacı emphasized that this rapid growth is due to the high return on investment of gamification and that it is no longer just an innovation but one of the basic knowledge of success in the business world, and stated that 45% of customer loyalty experts have chosen gamification as the most effective trend in the last few years.

We can add great value to both ourselves and our environment thanks to the gamification projects we will create in our own sectors, especially in sectors such as retail, health, finance and education.”
