The Metropolitan Municipality, which stands by our beloved friends in many areas from health checks to neutering, from feeding them to providing warm shelter opportunities, also raises future generations of animal lovers with meaningful events it organizes. The last event held within this scope hosted children’s love of animals on the occasion of April 4th World Stray Animals Day.
A Loving Meeting at the Rehabilitation Center
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Stray Animals Rehabilitation Center hosted its little guests on April 4th, World Stray Animals Day. Children who attended the event had the opportunity to meet the cute friends at the center and spend time with them. Children who toured the center accompanied by veterinarians and staff were informed about the health status, care and living conditions of stray animals. Children who had the opportunity to ask questions they were curious about learned important information about animal love and responsibility.
Entertainment and Students Together
The event was not only informative but also entertaining. There were enjoyable moments with concerts and animation shows organized for children. The little ones, who were thrilled with music and games, had an unforgettable day full of love for animals. Speaking at the event, Veterinarian Muhsin Akar emphasized that the rehabilitation center is the best place to instill love for animals in children, and said, “We provide the best service we can to our dear friends who are our guests here. We gave information to the children who come here about how they should approach our lovely friends who are left outside.”
