The ALP 100-G Low Altitude Radar System, developed by ASELSAN, one of Türkiye's leading defense industry organizations, has successfully completed its first system acceptance following comprehensive and meticulous testing and evaluation processes. This critical development gained a special meaning as it coincided with the 110th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory. This important stage was reached as a result of intensive infrastructure work, installation and detailed system tests that have been ongoing for more than six months.
Superior Technology That Passed Rigorous Tests
The ALP 100-G radar system was tested in detail in the field by simulating challenging operational conditions during the acceptance process. The system's target detection and tracking capabilities were meticulously verified in different scenarios and various weather conditions. Thanks to its advanced detection algorithms and high-precision tracking capacity, the ALP 100-G demonstrated the superior performance required by the modern battlefield and proved to be a significant force multiplier.
Critical Contribution to the Local and National Air Defense Network
With this successful first acceptance, the ALP 100-G is preparing to enter the inventory as a critical technology that will add significant power to Türkiye's domestic and national air defense network. Offering a game-changing capability in the field of air defense, the ALP 100-G can simultaneously track air threats in three dimensions thanks to its Active Electronically Scanned Antenna (AESA) technology. In addition, it offers a strategic advantage that can be used effectively in the field thanks to its high mobility and rapid operation capability.
Mass Production and Widespread Use Target
Following the completion of the initial acceptance of the ALP 100-G Low Altitude Radar System developed by ASELSAN, it is aimed to put the system into wider operational use and to accelerate the mass production process in the future. In this way, it is aimed to further strengthen the air defense capabilities of the Turkish Armed Forces and to make a significant contribution to the security of the country.
