Volunteers from Europe Learned to Ski on Erciyes

11 foreign volunteers from 28 different countries who came to Kayseri within the scope of the Erasmus project by Abdullah Gül University experienced the pleasure of skiing for the first time at Erciyes Ski Center.

Young people from Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovakia and Malta were first informed about Erciyes. Afterwards, the volunteers had an unforgettable experience on the Erciyes slopes and received basic ski training at the Erciyes Ski Center, where they tasted the excitement of skiing for the first time.

As part of the event, volunteers not only had the opportunity to experience skiing, but also to visit historical and touristic areas of Kayseri. During the city tour, Kayseri's cultural heritage, cuisine and natural beauties were introduced. Volunteers expressed their great satisfaction with Kayseri's hospitality and the opportunities it offered.

This project increased cultural interaction between countries and provided an opportunity for young people to get to know the values ​​of Kayseri within an international framework.
