“Triathlon Performance Test” was conducted by Batman Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate and Turkish Triathlon Federation.
Stating that Batman was in the top 5 in the 'Triathlon Performance Test' throughout Türkiye, Provincial Representative İdris Şermet said that the athletes who will represent Batman were determined as a result of the competition.
Provincial Representative İdris Şermet said, “Triathlon is a multi-sport branch where swimming, cycling and running disciplines are performed consecutively. These three sports branches are brought together to test the endurance, strength and speed of the competitor. We are excited and happy to do this for the first time in Batman. Our aim is to ensure that the successful athletes of the future are raised with a good education and infrastructure. Although it was the first, the participation was above our expectations.”
Provincial representative Şermet added that this was the beginning and that the 'Triathlon Performance Test' consisted of 4 stages throughout Türkiye.
