Upon the instructions of Mayor Alemdar, who attaches utmost importance to green sensitivity, the natural assets in the area of the metrobus line that will run between Adapazarı and Yenikent are being removed from their place to be 'revived'.
The uprooted trees and natural habitats are kept alive in different parts of the city and are not destroyed.
Planted in the Wildlife Campus
Many trees on Sebahattin Zaim Boulevard are being uprooted with specially equipped vehicles and transported to the Natural Life Campus on an area of 87 acres, which will be created right next to the Street Animals Rehabilitation Center in Karaman.
In the area where more than 120 trees have been planted, the number of tree removal and planting operations will increase as the metrobus line works progress.
