TEI, Türkiye's leading aviation engine company, continues to support education at all levels, from preschool to graduate education. The second season of TEI Aviation Technician School, which was first put into service last year for vocational high school students, began with the opening lecture of TEI General Manager Prof. Dr. Mahmut F. Akşit.
The opening lecture of TEI Aviation Technician School, organized under the auspices of Eskişehir Governorship and coordination of Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of National Education, was held with the participation of Eskişehir Deputy Governor Yakup Güney and Eskişehir Provincial Director of National Education Sinan Aydın. In his speech at the event, Eskişehir Provincial Director of National Education Sinan Aydın drew attention to the importance of vocational training and thanked TEI for its support in this field.
TEI General Manager Prof. Dr. Mahmut F. Akşit explained the importance of domestic and national defense industry technologies in the opening lecture TEI 101, and shared TEI's activities and Türkiye's national aviation engine adventure with the participants.
TEI Aviation Technician School, which will last 11 weeks, includes technical courses related to production and manufacturing areas in the aviation and defense industry. TEI, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, also aims to support Eskişehir's employment with this support aimed at increasing the technical knowledge and skills of vocational high school students in the sector.
