GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) To meet the conditions set forth in sub-paragraphs (657), (48), (1), (4) and (5) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Civil Servants Law No. 7.
2) Not working under contract in public institutions and organizations with the same title as the one to be applied for.
3) Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states that; “Those employed in this manner, if their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to their actions contrary to the principles of the service contract or if they terminate the contract unilaterally, except for the exceptions determined by the Presidential Decree during the contract period, if they do not renew the contract, from the date of termination,
They cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions of institutions until one year has passed from the end of the contract.”
4) Candidates can only apply for one title among the announced positions. Applications of those who apply for more than one position and applications that are not made in accordance with the procedure and/or on time will not be accepted. The application process must be completed without errors, completely and in accordance with the matters specified in this announcement, the requested documents must be uploaded to the system,
candidates are responsible.
5) Applications of personnel working as permanent or contracted personnel in the central and provincial organizations of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, who apply for positions that are the same or equivalent to their own positions specified in this announcement, will not be accepted, and they will not be appointed even if they are placed.
APPLICATION METHOD AND DURATION
1) Applications can be made via e-government between 19.03.2025 and 28.03.2025 at 23:59 through the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre - Career Gate - Public Recruitment or Career Gate. https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr Applications made in person, via cargo or post will not be accepted.
2) Since the candidates' identity information, KPSS score, education, criminal record and military service information of male candidates will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions during the application, no documents will be requested from the candidates at this stage. If there is an error in the said information of the candidates, they should make the necessary updates and corrections from the relevant institutions before applying. The documents to be submitted by the candidates who are entitled to be appointed will be published separately.
