TCDD General Directorate made an announcement regarding the personnel recruitment for which applications will be received through İŞKUR between 03.03.2025 and 07.03.2025. A total of 57 workers will be recruited, 48 of whom will be employed as train organization workers and 9 of whom will be employed as port crane operators (RTG and SSG) at Haydarpaşa Port Operations Directorate.

Documents and Conditions Required for Application
Candidates who will apply for the announced positions must meet certain conditions in order for their applications to be accepted. After the candidates apply through İŞKUR, the people on the candidate list determined by İŞKUR must submit the documents determined by the Human Resources Department of TCDD General Directorate before the oral exam. Oral Exam and Evaluation Criteria
Candidates who meet the application requirements will be able to proceed to the oral exam stage. In the oral exam, candidates will be evaluated out of 100 points. While the candidates' self-confidence, written and oral communication skills, observation, talent, stress and problem-solving abilities will be evaluated out of 50 points, the information about the program they graduated from will also be evaluated out of 50 points. The candidates' success score will be calculated by taking 60% of the average of the scores given by the exam board and 40% of the KPSS score. Candidates with a success score below 60 will be considered unsuccessful and their applications will be invalid.
