Public Transportation is Free During the Holiday in Antalya

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has taken the necessary precautions for the Ramadan Feast. Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, which has completed its preparations for the public to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday, will have many units, especially the Police, Fire Department, ABİM and ASAT, on duty during the Ramadan Feast. The Metropolitan Municipality's official license plate vehicles, Antray and the nostalgic tram will transport citizens free of charge during the 3-day Ramadan Feast.

During the holiday, the personnel working in the Police Department will be on duty. Starting from the eve of the holiday, police teams will take the necessary precautions in Uncalı, Andızlı, Kurşunlu cemeteries so that the public can visit the cemeteries comfortably. Citizens can report their complaints to the police center at 249 50 84 or ALO 153. The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Communication Center (ABİM) will also be on duty during the holiday. TRANSPORTATION IS FREE FOR 3 DAYS

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has made a decision that will please citizens in public transportation so that people can easily fulfill their holiday tradition. Officially licensed buses operated by the Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Inc., Antray and the nostalgic tram will provide free service to citizens during the three-day Ramadan Feast, covering March 30, 31 and April 1.

ASAT WILL PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE

Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration (ASAT) has completed all preparations for Antalya residents to have a peaceful and trouble-free holiday this Ramadan Feast, as it does every holiday. Teams will be on duty 24 hours a day to ensure that water, wastewater, sewage and rainwater services continue uninterrupted throughout the city. While on-call personnel are kept ready against possible malfunctions, citizens can call ALO ASAT 185 Call Center 7/24 to receive support in case of any problems.

FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL BE ON DUTY

Antalya Fire Department will also be on duty during the holiday. Fire teams will continue their work in 47 stations within the borders of Antalya with 648 personnel on a 24/48 basis. Fire teams and motorized teams in the districts, especially the Central Group, will be ready 24 hours a day for a possible fire or rescue. Citizens can report a fire to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

RELIGIOUS CUSTOMERS IN CEMETERY

Necessary preparations have been made in cemeteries, which are among the most visited places before and during the holiday. 19 district cemeteries were cleaned days in advance and made ready for the holiday. 18 religious officials will assist citizens in visiting cemeteries in Andızlı, Kurşunlu and Uncalı city cemeteries on the eve of the holiday and during the holiday. In addition, free shuttle services will be organized every hour between Kurşunlu City Cemetery and Uncalı Cemetery on the eve of the holiday and the first and second day of the holiday.
