DOG HEART
The year is 1924… In the dark atmosphere of Soviet Russia, trapped in the social order and bureaucracy, Professor Preobrazhensky is working on the human brain and rejuvenation. He has developed a technique that has brought him worldwide fame and allows people to rejuvenate. He plans to conduct a new experiment in the process of brain research. He transplants the pituitary gland and testicles taken from a human to the street dog Sharik through a difficult surgery. However, unexpected changes occur after the surgery, Sharik begins to transform into a human. This change will turn the rules of Professor Preobrazhensky's house upside down. Dog Heart asks the question of what makes a human human through a people who have lost social peace with social engineering, rotten bureaucracy and class wars.
Ali Gökmen Altuğ, Caner Çandarlı, İrem Arslan, Onur Şirin take part in the play.
WAR AND PEACE
Set between 1805 and 1820, and also a historical narrative, “War and Peace” deals with the Russian aristocracy, whose lives changed completely just before Napoleon invaded Russia in 1812. While love affairs, family and salon life are narrated on the one hand, war and its irreversible destruction continue. While War and Peace bears the characteristics of a historical narrative in many ways, it is also an epic work that contains philosophical thoughts on life, beliefs, and the purpose of human life, and includes political and sociological inferences. In the play, where wars and battles form the background of historical figures such as Napoleon and Kutuzov, love stories, personal weaknesses, family conflicts and losses create a panorama that extends from the society at large to each character in the play. The play stars Ayşegül İşsever, Berfin Berber, Can Başak, Defne Gürmen Yüksel, Deran Özgen, Dilara Demirdüzen, Doğan Altınel, Ersin Bağcıoğlu, İpek Uğuz, Melisa Demirhan, Mesut Çırak, Murat Bavli, Mutlu Güney, Ogeday Erkut, Osman Kaba, Salih Şimşek, Sefa Turan, Yağmur Topçu, Ali Rıza Kubilay, Ahmet Kahvecioğlu, Boran Bağcı, and Cem Eyüpoğlu.
