The Family and Child Magazine titled “Holiday Joy”, prepared by the Ministry of National Education to support preschool children in spending quality time with their families during the mid-term break and the Ramadan Feast, covering the dates of March 29 – April 6, has been made available for access.
The magazine, named “Holiday Joy”, aims to increase the quality of time spent at home with the family during the mid-term break, to provide an enriched environment for children, and to ensure the permanence of knowledge, skills and attitudes by supporting the learning continuity between school and home.
The magazine, specially prepared for the mid-term holiday between March 29 and April 6 and the Eid al-Fitr, was enriched with interactive content.
In addition to the story and activities of holiday preparations in accordance with national, spiritual and cultural values, the magazine, which consists of original content, also offers activity and game suggestions that will support families in spending quality time with their children during the Ramadan Feast, as well as activity and game suggestions associated with the spring season.
In addition, interactive content for the activities in the magazine was also prepared to support the digital literacy skills of preschool children.
The magazine, which is offered in e-Book format, also includes links to children's songs, story books and other educational content prepared by the General Directorate of Basic Education, which are available on EBA.
