Tekirdağ Provincial Police Department organized Emergency Intervention Training that included challenging scenarios for 117 police officers.
The emergency response capabilities of the police were strengthened with the drill using live ammunition. The training aims to increase the safety of the people of Tekirdağ.
The Emergency Response Training held in Tekirdağ province drew attention as a process in which the Provincial Police Department personnel made an intensive effort. This training program was organized to develop more effective response skills in emergency situations. The training included various challenging scenarios including shooting drills using real bullets, hostage rescue scenarios and rapid interventions at the scene.
The 117 police officers who participated in the training reinforced their preparations for emergency incidents by practicing in conditions closest to real situations. The studies on shooting techniques enabled the participants to react better in sudden situations.
Authorities stated that the main purpose of these trainings is to increase the rapid and effective response capabilities of the personnel.
With the experience gained during the drills, police officers had the opportunity to learn firsthand what roadmap to follow in times of crisis.
Security forces, who are always on duty to ensure the safety of the people of Tekirdağ, have shown that they will always be prepared against possible threats with such training.
