With the decree published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, important appointments and dismissals were made in Turkey Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc. (TÜRASAŞ) and some other public institutions. These appointments attracted attention especially with the changes made in TÜRASAŞ. Critical Appointments and Dismissals at TÜRASAŞ

- Directorate General of Coastal Safety: Gökmen Kınık was appointed as Deputy General Manager and Board Member. Kınık was previously serving in this position on an acting basis.
- TCDD General Directorate Board Membership: Öner Özgür is the new name in this position. Özgür is a name that has worked in the railway sector for many years.
- Deputy Director General of TCDD General Directorate: Mahmut Civan was appointed. Civan was previously serving as TCDD 2nd Regional Director.
- TÜRASAŞ Deputy General Manager and Board Member: Murat Durkan was appointed as a board member in addition to his current position.
- TURASAS Deputy General Manager: Yusuf Aldemir was appointed as principal. Aldemir was previously working at the TCDD 4th Regional Directorate.
- TURASAS Deputy General Manager: Atanur Karadağ has officially assumed the position he was previously carrying out by proxy by being appointed as a principal.
- TURASAS Eskisehir Regional Directorate: Mustafa Karakoyun was appointed to this position as principal. Karakoyun served in the Afyonkarahisar Regional Directorate in 2021.
- TURASAS Sakarya Regional Directorate: Yunus Ekşi was appointed to this position as a permanent resident.
Waiting for Sivas Regional Directorate
These appointments at TÜRASAŞ are particularly notable for the fact that the appointment for the Sivas Regional Directorate has not yet been completed. The appointment to be made for this position is an important step for the future of the institution and is eagerly awaited.
