Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç invited all sports fans to watch the 15 FIM World Snowmobile Championship to be held at Erciyes Ski Resort on March 16-2025, 2025.
Erciyes will once again attract great attention worldwide when it hosts the World Snowmobile Championship for the second time in 2025. Erciyes, Türkiye’s largest ski resort, has also become a meeting point for winter sports and motorsports enthusiasts. This championship, which was held for the first time in Türkiye last year, reached 850 million people, while this year’s event is expected to be followed live in 86 countries.
Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç made a statement on the subject and said, “Erciyes has become an important brand in terms of both sports and tourism. I invite our fellow citizens to this exciting championship to be held on March 15-16. This organization offers the opportunity to introduce Kayseri in the international arena. Don’t miss this great event in Erciyes.”
Büyükkılıç noted that the FIM World Snowmobile Championship will be organized in cooperation with the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Kayseri Governorship, Kayseri Erciyes Inc., Turkish Motorcycle Federation and Spor Toto. President Büyükkılıç stated that nearly 40 athletes from countries such as Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Estonia, Russia, Canada and the USA will compete in the championship.
Inviting all sports fans to this great organization to be held in Erciyes, Büyükkılıç said, “I invite everyone to share this excitement. This event, which will introduce both our country and our city, will strengthen Kayseri's place worldwide.”
