Denizli Metropolitan Municipality has completed an important arrangement work at the Ahmet Nazif Zorlu Industrial Site Junction in Bozburun Neighborhood, Merkezefendi district. The uncontrolled intersection at the intersection of 7045 Street and Bozburun Street, where the accident rate is high, has been reorganized as a roundabout. In this way, it is aimed to increase traffic safety in the region and prevent accidents.
The works carried out in a total area of 20 thousand square meters were carried out meticulously by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Technical Affairs Department teams. Within the scope of the works, 10 thousand square meters of asphalt was poured, 5 thousand square meters of concrete paving work and 2 thousand 500 meters of concrete curb were laid and the physical arrangements of the intersection were completed. In the transformation process of the intersection, not only traffic flow but also landscaping were taken into consideration.

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu stated that the work carried out provided a great safety advantage for drivers and pedestrians in the region and said, “We continue our work to make our city’s traffic flow safer. This project we completed in Bozburun Neighborhood is of great importance in terms of preventing accidents. We will continue such arrangements in order to ensure the safety of our citizens.” The Metropolitan Municipality will continue its road arrangement and traffic safety works throughout the city without slowing down.
