1,2 Billion Lira SED Payment in Accounts for March

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that they paid 1 billion 224 million liras of Social and Economic Support (SED) in March to support children socially and meet their education expenses.

Minister Göktaş stated that they attach special importance to services for children and diversify the services by taking into account the different needs of children.

Reminding that children growing up in a family environment plays an important role in protecting social values, Minister Göktaş stated that they support children with their families and within their social environment with the 'Social Economic Support' service.

Minister Göktaş, who underlined that as a ministry, they work diligently to ensure that children grow up as educated, healthy and self-confident individuals and grow up in a safe and loving family environment, said, “We deposited the Social and Economic Support (SED) payment of 1 billion 224 million liras for March into accounts in order to support children socially, ensure equal opportunities in education and facilitate their access to artistic, cultural and sporting activities.”
