Osmaniye Municipality offers free neutering and parasite treatment services to homeless street cats.
Dilek Koyuncular, who lives in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood, called the Municipality Call Center and requested assistance to have the stray cat she adopted a while ago neutered. Osmaniye Mayor İbrahim Çenet, who answered the calls from citizens at the Call Center during his inspections in the service building, created a request for Dilek Koyuncular's request to be fulfilled as soon as possible.
The teams working at the Temporary Animal Care and Rehabilitation Center affiliated with the Veterinary Affairs Directorate provided the neutering and parasite treatment services of a street cat free of charge and delivered it to animal lover Dilek Koyuncular.
