Under the leadership of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB), Turkish Defense Industry companies will participate in the IDEX & NAVDEX 17 International Defense Fair and Conference, which will be held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, between February 21-2025, 2025. The event, which will bring together defense industry manufacturers and official delegations from all over the world, is the most important defense fair in the region.
Strong Representation of Turkish Defense Industry
With the support of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) and the Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association (SSI), 90 Turkish Defense Industry companies that will participate in the fair will once again demonstrate Turkey's global power in the defense field. The participation of Turkish companies will not be limited to large defense companies, but will also contribute to the fair with joint stands of 20 innovative and technology-focused small and medium-sized enterprises.

Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, President of Defense Industries, stated that the Turkish defense industry is getting stronger every day and has become one of the most important brands in the world. Görgün stated that Turkish defense companies have gained a stronger place in the international arena with the products they have developed and the contracts they have signed. In addition, it is expected that many bilateral and multilateral meetings will be held at the fair, that signature ceremonies will be attended and important delegations will be hosted.

Many high-tech products produced by Turkish Defense Industry companies will be exhibited at the fair. Unmanned land and air vehicles, armored vehicle platforms, weapon systems, naval systems, electronic systems, ammunition, simulators and logistic support products will be introduced to participants. In addition, companies will provide information about the technological capabilities they have developed and evaluate international cooperation opportunities. In this context, the fair aims to further increase the global impact of the Turkish Defense Industry.
