Three Hamas Hostages and 369 Palestinians Released

The ceasefire in Gaza continues despite a series of tensions over the past week. Yesterday, three hostages were released from Hamas captivity and 369 Palestinians from Israeli captivity.

Earlier last week, Hamas said it would not release the hostages because of Israel's alleged violations of the ceasefire agreement.

But yesterday, three hostages were released from Hamas captivity and 369 Palestinians were released from prison or detention in Israel.

While most of the released Palestinians were transferred to Gaza, some were transferred to the West Bank.

This was the largest prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas since a ceasefire came into effect in January.
