
Otokar, Turkey's largest land vehicles product group exporter, will participate in the IDEX International Defense Industry Fair to be held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 17-21, 2025. During the fair, Otokar will exhibit 5 armored vehicles and turret systems from its wide product range.
Otokar, a Koç Group company, continues to successfully represent the Turkish defense industry in the international arena. With over 40 military vehicles on active duty in more than 33.000 countries worldwide, Otokar will showcase its strength in land vehicles at IDEX this time. At the IDEX International Defense Industry Fair, which will be held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 17-21 this year, Otokar will introduce its products and capabilities in land systems to visitors from all over the world.
At the 5-day IDEX 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the Otokar stand will showcase the COBRA II 4×4 Tactical Wheeled Armoured Vehicle with the 12.7 mm SHARP Turret, the ARMA 6×6 Armoured Combat Vehicle with the 25 mm MIZRAK Turret system, the ARMA 8×8 and ARMA II 8×8 Armoured Combat Vehicles with the 30 mm MIZRAK Turret system and the TULPAR Modular Armoured Tracked Vehicle with the 120 mm HITFACT MkII Leonardo Turret.
In addition, the RABDAN 8×8 Armoured Recovery Vehicle, produced with the expertise of Otokar and Al Jasoor, will be exhibited for the first time at the fair and presented to the attention of visitors at the Al Jasoor stand, a joint venture of the EDGE Group and Otokar.
A QUARTER CENTURY OF EXPERIENCE IN THE GULF REGION

MODULE POWER THAT ADAPT TO ANY MISSION: COBRA II
Actively serving in more than 20 end users around the world, the COBRA II 4×4 tactical wheeled armored vehicle stands out with its high protection and transportation level and large interior volume. In addition to its superior mobility, COBRA II, which has the capacity to carry 10 personnel including the commander and driver, offers high-level security thanks to its superior protection against ballistic, mine and IED threats. Providing high performance in the most difficult terrain and climatic conditions, COBRA II adapts perfectly to different required missions. Especially preferred thanks to its wide range of weapon integration and mission hardware equipment options, COBRA II can serve as a personnel carrier, weapon platform, land surveillance radar, CBRN reconnaissance vehicle, command and control vehicle and ambulance thanks to its modular structure. COBRA II is taking its place at IDEX 2025 with the 12.7 mm Sharp Turret.
MULTI-WHEEL MODULAR ARMORED: ARMA
Otokar’s multi-wheeled modular armored vehicle ARMA with high tactical and technical features is being exhibited in two different models. Offering superior mobility, high mine and ballistic protection features, as well as medium and high caliber weapon system integration options, ARMA serves in peacekeeping and humanitarian aid operations in the most difficult terrain and climate conditions. Also featuring an amphibious option, ARMA draws attention with its high combat weight and large interior volume. The ARMA family, which can be equipped with different weapon and turret systems in line with needs, can be used in different missions such as armored personnel carriers, armored combat vehicles, command and control, and CBRN reconnaissance vehicles. At Otokar’s IDEX 2025 stand, the ARMA 6×6 vehicle is being exhibited with a 25 mm Spear Turret, while the ARMA 8×8 is being exhibited with a 30 mm Spear Turret.
A STRONG SOLUTION TO ASYMMETRIC THREATS: ARMA II
Developed by Otokar by taking into account the asymmetric threats frequently encountered today, the ARMA II 8x8 offers the highest ballistic, mine and improvised explosive device (IED) protection in its class in the world, along with high terrain capability, in an optimum manner. With a maximum loaded weight of 40 tons, the vehicle offers greater carrying capacity and increased protection features under combat conditions, as well as the integration of heavy weapon systems up to 120 mm caliber. A high-tech vehicle, the ARMA II has a 6-cylinder, turbo diesel, 720 HP engine. Having successfully passed all tests after a three-year study period, the ARMA II offers a platform suitable for many different missions, from armored combat vehicle to armored personnel carrier; from command and control vehicle to air defense missions. With the additional volume provided by the expandable main body structure, it is the most superior vehicle in its class, capable of performing various missions such as both maintenance-repair and ambulance. At IDEX 2025, ARMA II will be present with the 30 mm Spear Turret.
NEW GENERATION ARMORED COMBAT VEHICLE: TULPAR
Otokar’s TULPAR Modular Armored Tracked Vehicle stands out with its mobility, high firepower and survivability. Its modular design with an expansion potential between 28.000 kg and 45.000 kg enables the use of common body structures and subsystems for different configurations. Tested in the harshest climates and heavy terrain conditions, TULPAR has superior ballistic and mine protection. Offering effective solutions in missions requiring high firepower up to 120 mm, TULPAR can also operate in narrow streets, light bridges and wooded areas where Main Battle Tanks cannot operate due to their weight, thanks to its superior mobility. TULPAR is exhibited at IDEX 2025 with a 120 mm Leonardo Turret.
