Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality adds color to the gardens of primary and secondary schools in various parts of the city, bringing sports and entertainment to children during breaks. Metropolitan Municipality teams, who drew colorful playgrounds such as hopscotch and dodgeball fields in the gardens of the schools, brought smiles to the faces of the students.
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, which is in close contact with students through sports, culture, arts and entertainment activities in addition to the support it provides to education and students, has undertaken an extraordinary project this time.
Within the scope of the project launched in cooperation with the Metropolitan Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of National Education, teams drew colorful playgrounds in the gardens of schools in various parts of the city.
The Metropolitan Municipality, which created colorful playgrounds such as hopscotch and dodgeball fields in school yards, brought smiles to the faces of students with its work aimed at increasing the socialization of children by meeting in playgrounds that offer sports and entertainment together between classes.
The application, which was welcomed by students as well as school administrators and teachers, was appreciated.
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Horizontal Marking Chief Hasan Basri Çelik stated that the application was carried out in cooperation with Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of National Education, and said, “We are building children's playgrounds in our schools. In line with the protocol, we will build 288 schools. We have just started the work, we have built around 20 schools and delivered them to our teachers, we are continuing, we will finish our schools. As the Metropolitan Municipality, we are trying to add something good to our schools and children, we are providing support.”
Çelik, who stated that they created playgrounds for children with colorful paints, said, "We would like to thank our Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç for his unwavering support."
Kayseri Provincial Directorate of National Education Basic Education Provincial Coordinator Ahmet Meydani also noted that a good point had been reached with the work carried out to make school gardens more colorful and to provide children with more beautiful playgrounds, and said, “In this regard, we would like to thank our Metropolitan Municipality, Mayor Memduh, and Kayseri Provincial Director of National Education. I would like to thank the working team and everyone who contributed.”
“Our Little Ones Got Excited Even While Watching, They Will Enjoy This Place While Playing”
Hakkı Altop Primary School Principal Hüseyin Efe thanked the Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç and the Provincial Director of National Education Coşkun Esen for providing this wonderful opportunity for the little ones. Efe said, “Our little ones were excited even while watching, they will enjoy this place while playing. I thank them on behalf of our little ones.”
Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han Primary School 4th grade student Buğlem Erdoğan said, “We play nice games to spend our time efficiently during breaks. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making these games. Hopscotch, dodgeball courts, basketball courts were painted. Therefore, we thank our municipality,” while another 4th grade student, Muhammet Emin Yılmaz, thanked the Metropolitan Municipality for the playgrounds built during the mid-term break.
Students, who welcomed the colorful playgrounds with great happiness and interest, had a pleasant time during their breaks with various games, relieved stress and did sports with the colorful application.
