An important step was taken in urban transformation in Bağcılar. Under the leadership of Başak Urban Transformation Inc., a subsidiary company of Bağcılar Municipality, signatures were made for the construction of Başakevler-3 Site, the new name of the THY Site.
With the transformation, the district will gain a new, safe living space consisting of a total of 7 independent units in 665 blocks.
There was an important development in Bağcılar, which has gained high momentum in urban transformation. A signing ceremony was held for the construction of the THY Site, now known as Başakevler-3 Site, hosted by Bağcılar Municipality. Bağcılar Mayor Yasin Yıldız, officials from the contractor construction company, the personnel of Bağcılar Municipality subsidiary Başak Urban Transformation Inc. and beneficiaries attended the ceremony. Signatures were signed between the municipality and the construction company.
The transformation will continue until the last residence is renovated
After the signing ceremony, Mayor Yıldız conveyed his congratulations and said, “We are in an earthquake zone. That is why we have to produce healthy housing. Urban transformation in our district will continue to accelerate and will not stop. We will continue to work for transformation until the last problematic building is renewed. Because we are here for our people. We will make efforts to ensure that they can live in peaceful, high-level, and most secure environments. That is what we learned from our President and that is what we will do. Transformation will continue until the last house in Bağcılar is renewed.”
After the transformation, THY Site residents will have a new living space consisting of 7 independent sections in 665 blocks. The site will include social facilities such as facilities and children's playgrounds, and the amount of green space will also increase.
