
The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) published the guesthouse accommodation fees to be applied in 2022.
Various regulations and fees regarding accommodation services in TCDD Guesthouses are as follows:
- Temporary Staff Accommodation Fees: According to the Law on Daily Allowances No. 6245 and the Central Government Budget Law for the year 2025, daily rates are taken into account when making accommodation fees for temporary personnel. Fees are charged with a 10% increase for the first 60 days, a 80% increase for the following 50 days, and a 90% increase for the following 40 days. Court of Accounts Auditors, Internal Auditors, Inspectors and similar officers are excluded.
- Breakfast Fees: In facilities where breakfast is served, 5 TL is charged for 100 types of refreshments, 7 TL for 135 types of refreshments, and 9 TL for 180 types of refreshments or more. These fees include VAT, and prices with and without VAT will be shown separately on the invoice. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is offered as a separate service.
- TCDD Transportation Personnel AccommodationAccommodation fee for personnel working on the train will be invoiced as 975 TL per person.
- Fenerbahce Training and Recreation Facilities: Apart from educational programs, the facility will provide accommodation services when available. Advance reservations are not accepted.
- Situations Regarding Guest Houses: Malatya Guesthouse is currently out of service due to damage in the 2023 earthquake. Adana and Izmir/Basmane Guesthouses will not be able to be used until the renovations are completed.
- Accommodation Fees for Children: For children born after January 1, 2022, accommodation fee will not be charged unless a bed is requested. Half price will be charged for births between January 1, 2019 and January 1, 2022, while full price will be charged for children born before January 1, 2019.
Tax Regulations: Prices include 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax. These taxes must be shown separately on the invoice.
