Ordu Commodity Exchange (OTB) President Ziver Kahraman shared important details of the Ankara visit he paid with TOBB President Mustafa Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu on January 6-7, 2025. One of the focal points of the visit was the Samsun-Sarp Railway project, which is of great importance for the Black Sea Region. Kahraman said, “As the Ordu Commodity Exchange delegation, we visited the Turkish Grand National Assembly and our deputies with TOBB President Mustafa Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu. During these visits, we comprehensively conveyed Ordu’s problems, our solution proposals and projects.” Kahraman stated that they did not only focus on local problems during their visits, but also brought major projects for the region to the agenda.
Inclusion of Samsun-Sarp Railway in Investment Program

Kahraman stated that they learned during their meetings that this project was included in the investment program and would be implemented in stages. “During our meetings with our politicians, we learned that the railway line was included in the investment program and would be completed in stages.
