JAK Teams Ready 24 Hours in Palandöken

Erzurum Provincial Gendarmerie Command JAK teams were made ready for duty at Palandöken Ski Resort before the winter season.

Gendarmerie Search and Rescue (JAK) teams will be on duty against possible natural disasters and accidents at the Palandöken Ski Resort, which attracts great interest from local and foreign ski enthusiasts during the winter months. JAK teams, which are on duty 24 hours a day in Palandöken, will provide peace and security by serving local and foreign tourists throughout the winter season.

In the statement made by Erzurum Provincial Gendarmerie Command, it was stated that it has the opportunity and capability to take the necessary precautions to ensure that local and foreign tourists who visit the city and engage in nature sports feel safe and to intervene immediately in possible accidental injuries, getting lost, or getting stranded.
