Van Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate is holding a tender to rent the Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities.
Van Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate is renting out Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities, one of the favorite places of ski enthusiasts in the winter season, by tender.
The aim is to rent the facilities with the tender to be held on Monday, December 30 at 10:30.

The Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities to be rented include the 1st Stage Teleski, ski room and cafeteria.
While the total Approximate Price of these areas was determined as 532.000,00 TL, the Provisional Guarantee required for the tender was announced as 15.960,00 TL.
Renting the facilities is of great importance in terms of both contributing to the local economy and revitalizing winter tourism.
Gevaş Abalı Ski Resort welcomes many visitors every year with its natural beauty and winter sports opportunities.
Ski enthusiasts can enjoy skiing here at both professional and amateur levels.
Additionally, the cafeteria on site offers visitors the opportunity to relax and socialize.
This makes the facilities an attractive destination for both locals and tourists.
HERE ARE THE TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT DETAILS
FROM THE PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATE OF YOUTH AND SPORTS
1- The existing 1st Stage Teleski, Ski Room and cafeteria of Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities, the name, estimated price and location of which are written below, will be rented for 2886 (three) months by tendering through open bidding method in accordance with Article 45 of the State Procurement Law No. 3 on the specified tender date and time.
2- The tender will be held on Monday, 30/12/2024 at 10:30 in the meeting hall of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.
3- The temporary guarantee is required in cash. It will be deposited in cash to the Van Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate Tuşba/Van Ziraat Bank account number “TR33 0001 0021 3988 2606 4050 01”.
4- Documents requested from those who will participate in the tender;
a. Copy of National Identity Card
b. Certificate of good conduct from the prosecutor's office (not older than 3 months)
c. Residence Certificate (not older than 3 months)
d. Address declaration for notification, as well as telephone and, if available, fax numbers and e-mail address for contact.
e. In case of a natural person, a document showing that the person is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or the Chamber of Professions, obtained within the year of the first announcement of the tender.
f. In case of a legal entity, a document and signature circular and an authorization certificate obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry where the legal entity is registered, within the year in which the first tender announcement was made, indicating that the legal entity is registered in the registry.
g. Document showing that the Temporary Security has been paid.
h. 1st female and 2nd male coach 2nd level Alpine Skiing coaching certificate.
I. The petition states that he/she has read the specifications completely and is willing accordingly.
5- Bidders must submit their documents in an envelope to the tender commission until 30:12 on Monday, 2024/10/30. All documents must be originals or notarized copies.
Information regarding the specifications and tender documents will be obtained from the Provincial Directorate Businesses Branch for 500,00 TL. It can be seen at the Abdurrahman Gazi Mahallesi İskele Caddesi No:/230 Tuşba/VAN Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports building.
6- Participants must attend in person.
7- The Tender Commission is free to make or not to make the tender in accordance with Article 2886 of the State Tender Law No. 29.
8- Applications made by telegraph or fax and any delays that may occur in the post will not be accepted.
