“We will increase the attractiveness of Yenikent”

Alemdar said, “We are implementing our transportation-related moves one by one so that our fellow citizens can travel more comfortably and safely. Today, we have started the construction of our metrobus line to provide healthier and safer transportation from the Yenikent region to the city center. Hopefully, our metrobuses will be on the roads as soon as possible. We will be transporting our citizens to the Adapazarı center by metrobus, starting from right inside our newly built City Hospital. When the work is completed, I believe that both the appeal of the Yenikent region will increase and the number of passengers will increase along with the ease of transportation. We will continue to work to offer our citizens the freedom of comfortable, secure and convenient travel.”

Good luck to our city

Adapazarı Mayor Mutlu Işıksu said, “Today, we are at the beginning of a very valuable investment for our Adapazarı. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to President Yusuf for this investment. It was a truly longed-for and awaited investment for our Yenikent region. When our city hospital is completed, it will serve a population of almost 100 thousand. May it be beneficial for our Yenikent region and our city.”

35-50 thousand passengers

The metrobuses, which are planned to carry 35-50 thousand passengers daily, will be 21 and 19 meters long with a capacity of 200 passengers. When it comes to intersections, the priority for signaling will be on the metrobuses.

In order to minimize possible traffic accidents, metrobus routes were planned in the direction of traffic flow.
