2- To have completed at least 4 years of education from the Faculties of Law, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences or one of the higher education institutions in the country or abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council,
3- To be among the candidates who are 2023 (twenty) times more than the number of Assistant Migration Specialists to be recruited, as a result of the ranking of the applicants starting from the highest score, provided that they have received 2024 (seventy) points or more from any of the KPSSP6, KPSSP7, KPSSP16, KPSSP21, KPSSP26, KPSSP29, KPSSP30, KPSSP31, KPSSP32, KPSSP36, KPSSP41 score types in the Public Personnel Selection Exams (KPSS) held in 70 or 20 by the Presidency of Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (candidates with equal scores as the last ranked candidate are also invited to the written exam),
4- Not to be over thirty-five years old as of the date of the entrance exam.
2- During the application, graduation information, KPSS score and residence information will be obtained via e-Government, and information that cannot be accessed via e-Government will be declared and uploaded.
3-Whether the candidates are entitled to take the written part of the Entrance Exam will be announced on the website of the Presidency (www.goc.gov.tr) so that each candidate can see their results. In addition, candidates will be able to view information about their exams through the Career Gate. No other information will be given to candidates.
4-Candidates who are eligible to take the exam will deposit the exam fee of 09 TL (Ninety Turkish Liras) as a contribution fee for the fulfillment of exam services between 13 - 2024 December 90,00 to the IBAN account number TR83 0001 2009 4110 0044 0000 26 of the Halkbank Ankara Anıt Branch of the Ankara Social Sciences University Revolving Fund Directorate, by stating the candidate's name, surname, Turkish ID number and exam name (Migration Specialist Assistant Exam) in the explanation section.
5-Candidates who are entitled to take the exam but do not pay the exam fee will not be able to take the exam. The fees paid by the candidates who did not take or could not take the exam, were not taken or removed from the exam, failed the exam, or whose exam was deemed invalid will not be refunded.
6-Candidates are responsible for the information they provide in the application. The candidate himself will be responsible for the consequences that may arise due to incomplete, incorrect and / or incorrect information. If it is determined that a candidate's statement does not comply with the truth, this candidate will forfeit all his rights from this exam, regardless of the time elapsed.
2- An Exam Entry Document will be prepared by Ankara Social Sciences University for candidates who apply for the exam, showing the building and hall where they will take the exam, the exam date and time. Candidates must submit these documents to Ankara Social Sciences University between 16-20 December 2024. https://sem.asbu.edu.tr/ will be obtained from the internet address.
3- Candidates must be present at the exam venue one hour before the exam time and have an exam entry document and a valid ID document (national identity card or passport) with them.
IV- TOPICS OF THE WRITTEN EXAM
2- The written part of the entrance exam will be conducted in a test format and the exam topics are as follows:
A- Exam subjects related to the Presidency's field of duty;
Foreigners law, Law No. 04.04.2013 on Foreigners and International Protection dated 6458, articles of the Presidential Decree No. 4 regarding the Presidency of Migration Management (All articles of the thirteenth section)
B- Examination subjects related to the professional knowledge of undergraduate education;
Micro and macro economics, Turkey's economy, international economic relations and institutions, public finance, fiscal policy, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law (general provisions), civil law (initial in-person law), contract law (general provisions), international law, human rights, management science, political science, political history, Turkish foreign policy, international relations, international organizations.
As a result of the written exam, candidates with at least 70 (seventy) points will be called for an oral exam, starting from the highest score and up to four times the number of Assistant Migration Experts to be taken. Candidates with the same score as the last candidate will also be called for an oral exam. Candidates will be subjected to an oral exam in Ankara, and the date, place and time of the oral exam will be announced on our Presidency's website (www.goc.gov.tr). In addition, candidates will be able to view information about their exams via the Career Gate.
Objections to the written exam questions and their implementation will be made to the Social Sciences University of Ankara within 5 (five) working days from the exam date, and objections to the exam results will be made within 7 (seven) days from the date the results are announced. The University will review and finalize these objections within 5 (five) working days from the date they are notified, and notify the candidates.
Candidates will submit their objection applications regarding the questions and results to the Social Sciences University of Ankara, by paying an objection fee of 83 TL (One Hundred and Fifty Turkish Liras) for each five objected questions and 0001 TL for the result, to the Halkbank Ankara Anıt Branch TR2009 4110 0044 0000 26 150,00 50,00 IBAN account number of the Revolving Fund Management of the Social Sciences University of Ankara, along with the bank receipt and a petition clearly stating the objection subject and contact addresses.
Any objections made after the objection period has elapsed and any objections made with petitions that do not have the Turkish Republic ID number, signature, address and which do not have a bank receipt will not be taken into consideration.
a) Level of knowledge related to the written exam subjects (50 points),
b) Ability to comprehend and summarize a subject, ability to express and reasoning (10 points),
c) The suitability of merit, representation, behavior and reactions to the profession (10 points),
d) Self-confidence, persuasion and persuasiveness (10 points),
d) General talent and general culture (10 points),
e) Openness to scientific and technological developments (10 points),
aspects and the specified score weights.
Candidates must be at least seventy (100) out of 70 points in order to be successful in the oral exam.
VIII-ENTRANCE EXAM RESULT
The results of the entrance exam will be ranked according to the degree of success starting with the highest score, and the number of cadres to be appointed is as high as the number of cadres to be appointed, and the number of candidates to be appointed by the Commission shall be determined as substitute, provided that the number of cadres to be appointed is successful.
The Entrance Exam results will be announced on the Presidency's website (www.goc.gov.tr) so that each candidate can see their own results. Additionally, candidates will be able to view information about their exam results via Career Gate. No other information will be provided to candidates.
Candidates may object to the Immigration Administration in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date the exam results are announced. Objections will be reviewed within a maximum of 5 (five) days and the objection results will be notified to the candidate in writing.
Those who are found to have made false statements among the exam winners will have their exam results deemed invalid and will not be appointed. Even if their appointments have been made, they will be cancelled. Those in this situation cannot claim any rights. In addition, a criminal complaint will be filed against those who are found to have made false statements or provided documents.
Necessary information regarding the entrance exam will be provided on the Presidency's website (www.goc.gov.tr).
