Coconut Balls Recipe

Materials:

  • 3 cup coconut
  • 1 cup of milk powder
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
  • Roasted hazelnuts (to put inside each ball)
  • For the top: Coconut or powdered pistachios

Fabrication:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut, milk powder and powdered sugar. Mix all ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the cream to the mixture and start kneading the ingredients. Knead until you obtain a thick dough. It is important that the mixture is of a consistency that can be shaped; if the mixture is too runny, you can adjust the consistency by adding a little more coconut.
  3. Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture you prepared. Place a roasted hazelnut in the middle of each piece and then roll into a ball shape.
  4. Roll the balls you have shaped in coconut or powdered pistachios. This will both add flavor and enhance the appearance.
  5. After preparing all the balls, let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and serve cold. This will make the dessert even more delicious.
