The world's largest ultra marathon brand, Ultra Trail Mont-Blanc (UTMB) World Series, will be held in September 2025 in the Rize-Kaçkar Mountains, which have a unique nature in Turkey. An introductory meeting will be held tomorrow in Rize with the participation of Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak.
Rize, which is on its way to becoming a brand city in sports tourism with its increasing investments in sports facilities, transportation and accommodation every year, will host a prestigious organization.
The Ultra Trail Mont-Blanc (UTMB) World Series will be held in September 2025 in the Rize-Kaçkar Mountains, which have a unique nature in Turkey.
Rize entered the world calendar with the signing of a 1-year preparation and 5-year activity protocol with the Global UTMB Management.
The UTMB World Series, which is expected to attract 40 athletes from approximately 1500 countries, will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the coordination of the Rize Governorship.
