China's leading automotive manufacturer Chery has published its 2023 ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Report.

Chery, one of China's largest automotive manufacturers, has announced its 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. Thus, the brand has revealed its commitment to quality management, safe travel, user service and sustainable development.

Chery's ARRIZO 5 and TIGGO 4 models ranked first in the compact sedan and compact SUV categories, respectively, in the JD Power 2023 China Initial Quality Survey (IQS), demonstrating the brand's success in quality control. In addition, the TIGGO 7 Pro Max and TIGGO 8 ranked first in the mid-size economy SUV and mid-size SUV categories in the JD Power 2023 China Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Survey.

The Chinese brand provides a safe and quality travel experience for users around the world by optimizing intelligent driving assistance technologies, enhancing passive safety systems, establishing cybersecurity frameworks, monitoring battery safety, and improving functional safety levels.

The company also adheres to high-level crash test standards to ensure that each new model undergoes rigorous testing before launching, providing users with a deep sense of travel safety.

Chery achieved an outstanding performance in user service in the JD Power 2023 China Customer Service Index (CSI) Survey, scoring 767 points and ranking 6th in the industry and 4th among Chinese brands.

To further strengthen quality improvement and global development, Chery established a Quality Assurance Committee to oversee quality issues and developed a quality management system covering the entire value chain.
