GEBZE STAND RECEIVED FULL MARKS

KO-MEK, which held the final of its district stands in Gebze, opened the stand in a festive atmosphere. Visitors were amazed by the Gebze stand, which featured a variety of works and displays worthy of the final. Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tahir Büyükakın, Gebze Mayor Zinnur Büyükgöz, AK Party Gebze District Leader Recep Kaya, AK Party Gebze District Women's Branch President Habibe Çırak and many guests attended the stand opening held at Gebze Ahmet Penbegüllü Cultural Center.

SHOW WITH CHILDREN'S BETTING

At the opening of the Gebze stand, where citizens showed great interest and beautiful works performed by KO-MEK music group instructors, children's playroom trainees organized a show within the scope of World Environment Week. The children, who gave meaningful messages to the surroundings, received great applause from the audience.

“THERE IS EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IN KO-MEK”

Speaking on behalf of the trainees after the performances, diction trainee Ebru Ferman said, “I have been working as a radio announcer for 10 years. While I was researching diction courses to further improve myself, I came across KO-MEK. Here we had the opportunity to improve ourselves with many different activities. We have processed all the visual and audio materials related to anchoring and news presentation. The training provided at KO-MEK was more than a private course. “I would like to thank everyone who gave us this opportunity,” he said.

BÜYÜKAKIN: WE MADE MANY INNOVATIONS AT KO-MEK

Referring to the process at KO-MEK, Leader Büyükakın said, “We started with 8 course centers and increased the number of KO-MEKs to 44. As we increased the number of courses, we brought many innovations to KO-MEKs over time. The most valuable of these innovations were our course centers where mothers and children receive education together. Many mothers could not leave their children at home and attend courses. As a result of our work, we opened children's playrooms in our course centers with sufficient physical infrastructure. Thus, we enabled mothers to come to the course center with their children and receive training. "In this way, while the children safely played with their instructors in the children's playrooms, the mothers continued their courses with peace of mind," he said.

“THEY STARTED LIFE AGAIN WITH KO-MEK”

"Half of the women living in Kocaeli received training from KO-MEK," said Leader Büyükakın, adding, "Every trainee at KO-MEK has a story. KO-MEK became the place where the story of starting life over and succeeding again was written. KO-MEK provided training to nearly 500 thousand female trainees in Kocaeli. This number is almost equal to half of the women living in Kocaeli. "Even these numbers show how valuable these places are," he said.

“PRESENT YOUR REACTION FOR PALESTINE”

Addressing the issue of Palestine in the continuation of his speech, Leader Büyükakın said, “The world has become blind and deaf regarding Palestine. There is incredible brutality there. The world stood up when children died in Ukraine, but they do not show the same sensitivity when the same brutality happens to a Muslim child. "We are trying to do our best for Palestine, but I want you to support awareness projects and show your reaction in every field," he said. Gebze Mayor Büyükgöz said in his speech, “Nothing is possible without effort. In this sense, I would like to thank everyone who contributed here. KO-MEKs are places where citizens breathe and interact culturally. "I would like to thank all our trainees whose works are here for their efforts," he said.
