
Stating that they established Kayseri Model Factory with the aim of increasing efficiency in production and supporting businesses in digital transformation processes, Lider Büyüksitmici said, “Kayseri Model Factory creates efficiency, digitalization and power efficiency in manufacturing industry businesses by creating exemplary production limits to minimize waste by using lean production techniques in our businesses. It provides training and consultancy services on issues such as: We have completed 120 projects to date. "In these projects, a daily production increase of between 40 percent and 240 percent was achieved and savings of over 12 million dollars were achieved," he said.
Mayor Büyüksimitci said that by establishing Green and Digital Transformation Offices within KAYSO, they serve their members in the fields of Sustainability, Corporate Sustainability Reporting and Twin Transformation, as well as the European Green Agreement, Sonda Carbon Regulation Mechanism.
Stating that, as the chamber, they follow many issues coming from their members and convey them to the relevant ministries, especially the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Leader Büyüksimitci said, “As industrialists from Kayseri, we always strive to do our best. We have brought our industry to a certain position in Turkey. "We will continue to work in consultation, acting in cooperation, in order to move it even higher," he said.
Finally, Mayor Büyüksimitci stated that they are working to bring two more OIZs to our city and said, “One of them is the Space Aviation and Defense Industry Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, and the other one is the Recycling Specialized Organized Industrial Zone. We are taking preliminary requests for both of our OIZs. He concluded his speech by saying, "When our project matures, we will share its details with our industrialists."
